Phil has spent nearly four decades helping businesses grow, much of it in print and decoration technology. At HP he led product business units for the UK & EMEA across both PC & Print Industrial segments to a $1bn pa consumer category. He then joined Kornit Digital, a leader in digital textile printing where he was UK & Ireland Director for most of his time before taking on the EMEA Sales Director for his final 12 months. Phil loves data and planning, and he likes to keep things simple. His attitude is "say what you do and do what you say." Colleagues say he moves easily between long-term strategy and getting results now, and he builds lasting relationships with customers.
Phil joined Tracker as Managing Director in June 2026, overseeing business strategy, finance, recruitment and team leadership. Helping to scale Tracker while keeping the customer-focused culture it was built on. For Phil, culture is everything. He does his best work when he's building something, leading from the front, the middle or the back working with people who “get stuff done”. That means understanding the goal, understanding why and then striving together to exceed expectations.
Outside work, Phil lives in Cheshire and celebrated 30 years of marriage just before he joined Tracker. With their family now all adults, two sons and a daughter are building their own careers across golf, engineering and psychology. Phil became an FA Level 2 qualified football (soccer) coach; which led to 17 years of grassroots coaching. He's obsessed with fitness and loves to travel.
