Workflows are interdependent departments.
Tracker is a Production Operating System with its workflows sharing a single source of data, from customer order through artwork, production, dispatch and invoicing.
Our Authors
Will Hemming has been putting logos on shirts since his university days. Before he built software for the garment decoration industry, he worked in it as an embroiderer. He spent more than 20 years owning, running and working with businesses that make physical products. Along the way he saw what slows a production business down: too many spreadsheets, too much manual tracking, and no clear view of what's happening on the shop floor.
He started Tracker to fix that. Today Tracker is a cloud-based production system used by embroidery, DTG, DTF and screen print businesses in the UK, Europe and the US. It takes orders from intake through production scheduling to dispatch. As Technical Director, Will leads Tracker's product direction, development and technical strategy. He's best known for his practical, no-nonsense approach. Ask him the best way to run production and he'll usually say "it depends," because every shop's machines, orders and customers are different. Clients often say he offers a different perspective and keeps things simple.
Outside work, Will lives near Birmingham with his wife, Dani, and their three children. He has been a volunteer rugby referee with the North Midlands Society of Rugby Football Referees since 2016, where he is also the Technology Co-ordinator. Given the choice, he'd almost certainly rather be skiing.
